Foot:

-An average person walks 10,000 steps per day; in a lifetime that’s approximately 4 times around the planet.
-Improperly fitting shoes and high heel tend to be the lead factor in causing foot problems.

Neck & Back:
-85% of the US population suffers from back, & neck pain at some point in their lives.
-Back pain is the third most common reason for surgery
-When there is back pain trigger points should be at the top of the list, because pain that come from trigger points is usually self treatable!
-For pain in the back & buttocks the old rule applies more than ever: Never assume the problem is at the place that hurts.
Shoulders & Arms:
-Shoulder pain is a common ailment that effects 10% of the population
-Up to twenty muscles are involved in operating the shoulder and all of them are vulnerable to strain, because the shoulder is such a hardworking part of the body.
-Shoulder stability requires proper function of the rotator cuff and surrounding muscles which attach the arm to the torso.
Hip & Knee:
-The hip is one of the body’s largest weight-bearing joints
-The knee is the largest joint in the body.
